Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, name and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to improve our pages. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it.
Information that stays in your browser
The contact tool, park comparison, month selector and packing checklist run entirely in your browser. Notes you compose are not transmitted to us. Packing ticks are saved in your browser’s local storage; see Stored Preferences.
Technical data
Our hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited period and not used to build profiles. We do not use advertising trackers.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who help run the site (such as hosting and email) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Write to us at the address above to exercise these rights.
