Plimarosafari exists for travellers who prefer to understand a decision before they make it.
What we do
We publish park comparisons, a wildlife calendar, route frameworks, packing checklists and photography itineraries. Everything is designed to show trade-offs: what you gain and what you give up when you choose one park, month or pace over another.
What we do not do
We are not a tour operator, travel agent or booking platform. We do not receive commissions, sell advertising placements to camps or rank operators. When you are ready to book, choose a licensed operator and verify their credentials, insurance and cancellation terms directly.
How we write
We separate three kinds of statement. Comparisons describe things that can be checked, such as access routes and vehicle rules. Preferences describe matters of taste, which we name rather than disguise. Uncertainties describe timing that varies, such as river crossings and flood levels. Where we are unsure, we say so.
Keeping things current
Park rules, camp ownership and access change. We review pages regularly, but you should always confirm details with official park authorities — such as SANParks, Tanzania National Parks or the Kenya Wildlife Service — and with your operator. If you spot an error, please send us a note.
